Dean, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University criticized the first Bachleor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery Programme of Royal Institute of Health Science.

Associate Professor Dr. Fongcum Tilokskulchai, Dean of Faculty of Nursing was invited from World Health Organization (WHO) in order to be temporary adviser of Regional Director for establish Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery Programme on March 8-10, 2011 at Royal Institute of Health Science (RIHS), Bhutan. This program was the first Bachleor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery in Bhutan. .

In this Meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Fongcum Tilokskulchai and professor from Indian Nursing Council, Deakin University and Royal Institute of Health Science joined for considering and criticizing the content and quality of courses in the curriculum including finding the way of management, development of academic staffs, and facilities in the curiculum. In the future, the corporation would be arranged in the form of short training program, send the academic staffs for teaching, research, and visited at Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University.
