Faculty of Nursing arranged KPI workshop for supportive staffs

Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University arranged Key Performance Indicators (KPI) workshop for supportive staffs on May 21-22, 2011 at Faculty of Nursing. Associate Professor Kanya Auprasert, Associate Dean for Policy and Planning was a chairman in the opening workshop. The objectives of this workshop were to analyze Key Performance Indicators for Performance Agreement. Head unit and supportive staffs joined together to identify appropriate KPIs for Performance Agreement. In the 2nd day, they presented their works and received the comment from administrative teams.
