Learning Organization and Knowledge Management Workshop.

Faculty of Nursing arranged a seminar Revived knowledge in Learning Organization and Knowledge Management on July 11, 2009 at Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University. Associate Professor Dr. Nongluk Chintanadilok, Associate Dean for Academic Services was the chairman to opening the seminar. Associate Professor Vilaivan Thongchareon, Department of Fundamental Nursing was invited to be a lecturer in the topic Revived knowledge in Learning Organization and Knowledge Management. Associate Professor Suvimol Kimpee, Department of Surgical Nursing shared her experience and successful of knowledge management in Department of Fundamental Nursing. After that, we had a group discussion for Leader from center of excellence (COE) in every department. The lecturer teams were Associate Professor Dr. Nongluk Chintanadilok, Associate Professor Vilaivan Thongchareon, and Lecturer Dr.Vorawan Vanicharoenchai. We discussed about how to using KM for developing COE in the department, and we got many ideas from group which could apply for developing COE in each department.
