Assistant Professor Dr. Napaporn Wanitkun and Assistant Professor Dr. Tipa Toskulkao were awarded a prestigious and much sought-after ALA from AusAID hosted by the Faculty of Health, Medicine, Nursing, and Behavioural Sciences’ Public Health Innovation team, part of Deakin’s Population Health Strategic Research Centre. This award aims to develop leadership, address priority regional issues and build partnerships and linkages with developing countries. These faculties and two senior policy makers from the National Health Security Office and Health System Research Institute, Dr Grit Leetangin and Dr.Charay Vichathai, respectively spent five weeks at Deakin University, participating in training program , attending local and national forums and visiting the center of excellence across Victoria in relation to implement self-management support system in Thailand.
