An international conference: Asia Pacific Alliance for Health Leaders Forum (APAHL)

Professor Suwanna Ruangkanchanasetr, Vice President of Mahidol University was a chairman in the opening an international conference: Asia Pacific Alliance for Health Leaders Forum (APAHL) in topic "Gen Y'ers as Health Leaders: A Challenge in Aging Society" organized by Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University on October 28-31, 2013 at Mahidol Adulyadej-Prasrinakarin Building, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. Associate Professor Dr.Fongcum Tilokskulchai, Dean of Faculty of Nursing welcomed attendants. The objective of this conference was to promote in knowledge sharing between 6 educational institutions of Asia-Pacific region including Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, School of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences Yamaguchi University, Japan, College of Nursing Science, Ewha Womans University, Korea, Faculty of Health (School of Nursing and Midwifery), University of Newcastle, Australia, Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University. Moreover, this conference were stage of knowledge exchange in profession and culture of attendants, promoting the process of knowledge management based on practical experience lead to the project proposals for applied in each university in the future, leadership development of students in attendance and strengthen partnerships between academic and professional in 6 institutions.
