A seminar: Motivational counseling

Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing Division, Siriraj Hospital and Department of Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University signed Memorandum of Understanding in the project "The development of continuing teenager pregnancy care system by midwife", supported by Thai Health Promotion Foundation, to arrange workshop in topic "Motivational counseling" for develop potential of academic staffs of Department of Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University and nurses from Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing Division, Siriraj Hospital. We gained an accreditation from Dr. Terdsak Deatkong, Medical Physician, Senior Professional Level, Department of Mental Health Thailand to be a lecturer. This project arranged during October 9-10, 2013 at Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University. As the result of project evaluation, the trainees were confident to care teenager pregnancy in high level 46.43% and maximum level 10.71%. In an overall picture, trainees satisfy this workshop was very good 67.86% and was good 32.14%.
