On August 3, 2020, The Bachelor of Nursing Science Program of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University along with Division of Educational Services, Division of Information Technology, and Division of Public Relations and Branding organized a special lecture about the prevention of infections and the spread in order to prepare the fourth-year nursing students and faculty members before going on practice.

The special lecture was given by Associate Professor Dr. Wimolrat Puwarawuttipanit, Head of Department of Medical Nursing, the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University. The event was held at Room 301 and 303, Faculty of Nursing Buiding, Bangkok Noi Campus, also live streamed via MS Teams for students in Salaya campus (gathering at room 210 and 211), and Nakhon Sawan Campus.

In addition, after the lecture, all students must take an exam measuring knowledge about procedures and must have a passing score before practice on the wards

In this regard, the Faculty has various measures to prevent infection and prevent the spread of infection. The safety of students, staff and patients is all priority.
