On October 21, 2020, Associate Professor Dr.Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, and Mrs. Daranee Piputtanakulchai, Head of Nursing Siriraj Hospital joined together in the ceremony of laying flower trays with pedestals in order to pay homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother marking her birthday anniversary on October 21.

There were also the administrative teams from the Faculty of Nursing and Nursing Department, along with faculty members and students of the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program from Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University participated in this ceremony which was held at Sala Siriraj for 100 years in Siriraj Hospital.

Afterward, Associate Professor Dr.Yajai Sitthimongkol and Mrs. Daranee Piputtanakulchai jointly opened the event "Nurses Share Happiness" on the occasion of National Nurses Day in Thailand. The activities of the event included the distribution of 650 sets of rice and various dry food items to share with people around the Siriraj Hospital and Wang Lang community, as well as to people passing by. The activity was held at the Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, Bangkoknoi. In addition, there was a blood donation activity named "Become a Contributor" organized at Siriraj Blood Donation Center, 3rd floor of Navamindrapobitr 84th Anniversary Building, Siriraj Hospital.
