On December 1, 2020, Divison of Quality Development and Risk Management of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University organized an activity to reinforce work development of supporting staff into the R2R (Routine to Research) consisting the introduction and lecture about how to start to do R2R given by Mr. Sutthisak Srisawad, Researcher (Senior Professional Level) from the Faculty of Nursing. In this activity, there was also sharing experience discussion from staff who won the honorable mention awards for their oral presentations in Mahidol Quality Fair 2020; in addition, the staff told about background, challenges, obstacles, and factors leading to the success in the project presentation. The activity was held at Room 303, Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, Bangkok Noi.
