On December 7, 2020, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University organized the orientation for Nursing Specialty Programs Batch #49 (Group 2) including two programs.

The first one is the Program of Nursing Specialty in Orthopaedic Nursing (In cooperation with Lerdsin hospital). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ketsarin Utriyaprasit, Head of Department of Surgical Nursing, together with Lecturer Pornsinee Tengpanichkul, Head of the Orthopaedic Nursing Program, delivered welcoming remarks to the program attendees.

The another one is the Program of Nursing Specialty in Nursing Care of Patients with Infectious Diseases and Infection Control. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wimolrat Puwarawuttipanich, Head of Department of Medical Nursing and Head of the program, together with Professor Emeritus Dr. Somwang Danchaiwichit, MD. Advisor, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj and advisor of Infectious Diseases Club of Thailand Assoc. Prof. Nirun Vanprapar, MD, Assist. Prof. Yong Rongrungruang, MD, and administrators from Department of Nursing, Siriraj Hospital, delivered welcoming remarks to the program attendees.

The event was held at Room 501 and 508, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, Bangkok Noi.
