Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University organized the new lecturer development training program for the fiscal year 2021, which was held on December 19 & 26, 2020, and January 9 & 16, 2021, with the aims to develop and strengthen lecturers and assistant lecturers’ teaching competences to perform both theoretical and practical teaching duties as well as providing important concepts in learning formulation and learning management design. Faculty members from the Faculty of Nursing and the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, were speakers in the training. There was a total of 36 participants. The training program was held at the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University at Bangkok Noi, and through an online system via Zoom.
