On August 23, 2021, Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, joined the workshop “A New Step to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx)”, as a speaker with the topic “Engaging Customers: The Final Destination”. The workshop had been conducting via an online system between August 23 – 24, 2021, having approximately 790 participants joining the activity. The objective was to make higher education institutions having a good attitude in learning and continually improving the quality of their management. In addition, it was to create inspiration to jointly raise the quality of higher education with the EdPEx criteria and apply it to develop an organizational management system to achieve excellence.

Dr. Yajai mentioned that the Faculty of Nursing has consistently followed its vision in order to achieve its objectives. It is significant to listen to the voices of the customers such as students, registered nurses, and research funders. The Faculty instills NSMAHIDOL corporate values to customers, improves English language competency to students, and focuses on multidisciplinary learning. Moreover, the Faculty keeps developing innovations or new programs to meet the customers’ needs; as well as, raising the image of the Faculty to be more international as being a leading institution at both national and international levels.
