On December 17, 2021, Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, along with faculty members attended the online conference “The 4th Asian Congress in Nursing Education” which was organized by Asia and Pacific Alliance for Nursing Education and Viet Nam Nurses Association via Zoom Meeting. The Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, was also one of this Forum’s co-organizers.

Associate Professor Dr. Somsiri Rungamornrat, Associate Dean for Quality Development, joined as Chairperson of Panel Session 2: Quality of Nursing Education and gave a presentation titled “Total Quality Management in Nursing Education at Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University”. In the afternoon, Assistant Professor Dr. Sirada Kesornsri, Associate Dean for International Relations, also took part as Chairperson of the Concurrent Session 2: Pediatric Nursing.

The 4th Asian Congress in Nursing Education was attended by speakers and participants from many leading nursing institutions around the world, including Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan R.O.C, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, and United States. It is cooperation for sustainable development according to the Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) which supports global cooperation to foster sustainable development in research and health sciences.
