On December 25, 2021, Department of Surgical Nursing of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, organized an online academic conference on “Potential Development for Operating Room Nurses Management” via Zoom meeting. Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, presided over the opening remarks. In this event, there were lecturers from many institutions joining to share their experiences and knowledge. Professor Dr. Prasit Watanapa, MD., Dean of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, delivered a presentation on the topic “Healthcare System Management in the Covid-19 era and Beyond”. Miss Krongkaew Sorujatumkul, Head of Surgical Nursing Division of Siriraj Hospital, shared knowledge on the topic "Surgical Nursing Management".

After that, Associate Professor Dr. Usavadee Asdornwised and Lecturer Dr. Rattima Sirihorachai, lecturers from the Department of Surgical Nursing, Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, together with Miss Duangrat Duangnate, Nurse Supervisor from Surgical Nursing Division of Siriraj Hospital, jointly discussed on the topic “Practical Guidelines for Perioperative Nursing Care 2022: Update”. Besides, there was a presentation “Happy Time and Happy Work” given by Mrs. Daranee Piputtanakulchai, Head of Department of Nursing, Chulabhorn Hospital.
