On December 16, 2021, The Faculty of Nursing’s Division of Quality Development and Risk Management cooperating with Division of Human Resources organized the workshop for supporting staff aiming to provide knowledge on work quality development/innovation to meet customer needs/work process improvement in the fiscal year 2022. In the morning session, there was Design Thinking training led by Assistant Professor Dr. Watcharee Ketpichainarong, Deputy Director for Research and Innovation of Mahidol University’s Institute for Innovative Learning. Afterward, the staff gave presentation about their innovative projects separated by the following types: Line group, QR-Code group, online group, process innovation group, and Web/database group, a total of 21 projects. The committee of experts who gave advices and comments were as follow:

- Lecturer Dr. Sasitara Nuampa, Assistant Dean for Research, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University
