On April 28, 2022, Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University organized the activity “Preparation for Proposing the Position of Academic and Supporting Staff” to enhance knowledge and understanding and prepare for proposal to determine the position of academic and supporting staff. Professor Wachira Kochakarn, M.D. FACS, Vice President for Human Resource Development, and Ms. Jariya Panya, Director of Division of Personnel, gave a lecture on the topic “Criteria and Guidelines for Determining Academic Progress and the Use of Review Articles for Requesting Academic Positions of Faculty Members” and the topic “Criteria and Guidelines for Proposal for Supporting Staff Position Advancement”.
