On August 20, 2022, Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, presided over the opening of the workshop for teaching assistants in nursing practice for nurses in MedPark Hospital. The aim is to provide trainees with knowledge and ability to identify guidelines for the development of nurses' education in order to promote the characteristics and competencies of nurses in accordance with health policy and health service system development. In addition, the participants will increase their knowledge of advances in patient care, be able to explain principles and methods of management to develop knowledge about clinical nursing practice correctly, be able to demonstrate teaching methods and clinical guidance to develop skills in clinical nursing practice appropriately in real-world situations, and be able to develop potential mentoring skills by themselves. The training has been organized between August 20 - September 24, 2022, at Med Park Hospital, Bangkok.
