On August 27, 2022, Associate Professor Dr. Tassana Boonthong (Former Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University between 1987 – 1999), Associate Professor Dr. Kobkul Phancharoenworakul (Former Dean of the Faculty of Nursing between 1999 - 2007), and Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol (Current Dean of Faculty of Nursing), together with faculty visited the funeral and paid respects in remembrance of Associate Professor Dr. Vichien Thaveelap, a 99 year-old former Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University (1983 - 1987), who passed away on August 24, 2022. The Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, was a host of the funeral on August 272022 at Nakhon Sawan Temple, Nakhon Sawan Province.
