Between September 5th - 10th, 2022, Mahidol University delegates including Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sitthimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sirada Kesornsri, Associate Dean for International Relations of the Faculty of Nursing, visited universities in Australia for developing strategic partnerships in the Commonwealth of Australia by making new partners, extending existing cooperation, and strengthening the relationship for sustainable cooperation.

On September 8th, 2022, Mahidol University delegates visit University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, for having group discussion with UOW executives and signing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The purpose of this MOU is to establish, develop and expand the co-operative relationship between UOW’s School of Nursing and Mahidol University’s Faculty of Nursing in the fields of education and research including identifying the scope of work to collaboratively develop the MU - JHU NCDs Research Collaborative Center. The MOU was signed by Professor Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, and Professor Alex Frino, Acting Vice Chancellor of University of Wollongong. There were executives from the University of Wollongong School of Nursing joining as witnesses.
