On October 13, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Ameporn Ratinthorn, Dean of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University along with administrators, faculty members and staff, attended the Buddhist alms-offering ceremony, involving 50 monks dedicated in memory of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej and offer auspicious blessings to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother.

The auspicious event was organized by Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University in the name of " The 7th Sirakran Phra Phuban Nawamin, King in Remembrance" to mark the seventh anniversary of the late king's passing to commemorate the royal grace towards the medical and public health in Thailand. The event was held at Siriraj Hospital’s grounds around the Prince Mahidol Memorial Statue.
