On November 17, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Yajai Sithimongkol, Faculty Consultant of Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, joined the 4th MED CMU Quality Fair organized under the theme "Innovation for Organization Sustainability" as a speaker for the topic "Organizational Change Management and Team Management for Success" to executives, faculty, and staff of the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University. Associate Professor Dr. Yajai shared valuable insights on good practices that can be adopted by employees at all levels to foster continuous work development for enhancing the potential of the organization as earning Thailand Quality Class award for the year 2022. The event was held from November 15 - 17, 2023, at the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.
