The 33rd Academic Conference “Precision Nursing: Challenges Role in Improving Quality of Care”


On January 18, 2024, 9.00 AM, Prof. Dr. Pattarachai Kiratisin, M.D., Ph.D. (Vice President for Research of Mahidol University), presided over the 33rd Academic Conference “Precision Nursing: Challenges Role in Improving Quality of Care” between January 18 – 19, 2024, at Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel, Bangkok. Associate Professor Dr.Ameporn Ratinthorn, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, delivered the Conference’s objectives. Dr.Opas Karnkawinpong, Permanent Secretary for Public Health, gave presentation on the topic “Precision Health: Deriving from Policy to Practice”. There were special speakers from both the public and private sectors joining to exchange knowledge on the topic of precision nursing in various dimensions such as precision health system policy and precision nursing, the knowledge exchange on the application of precision nursing to nursing innovation, and planning for education, research and academic services; as well as the creation of a network of cooperation among conference participants to enhance the potential of precision nursing towards sustainable public health development. This conference had 450 participants, consisting of academic staff, professional nurses, nursing students from various institutions both public and private.
