On March 15, 2024, at 9.00 am, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, presided over the Certificates Presentation Ceremony for Hemodialysis Nursing Training Program, Batch #50 and Batch #51, and presented souvenirs to support the Kidney Foundation and attended the Annual General Meeting of the Kidney Foundation of Thailand No. 1/2024. Associate Professor Dr. Ameporn Ratinthorn, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, received the souvenirs and had the group photo with Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn. Associate Prefessor Dr. Siriorn Sindhu, President of Nurses' Association of Thailand, along with instructors of the training program, participated to greet HRH Princess Sirindhorn at the Kidney Foundation of Thailand Office, 8th Floor, Galyani Vadhana Building, Priest Hospital, Bangkok.

The Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University is one of the educational institution that has cooperated with the Kidney Foundation of Thailand in opening a nursing specialty program in Program of Nursing Specialty in Renal Replacement Therapy Nurse Practitioner (Hemodialysis) with the objective of increasing the quality and capacity of nurses to support the need for hemodialysis patients.
