On July 12, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Department of Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, held a meeting to enhance the efficiency of practical teaching for the academic year 2024. The meeting took place in Room 1111 at the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, Bangkok Noi. It was attended by faculty members from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, Mahidol University, as well as nursing heads, nurse inspectors, ward heads, teaching assistants, and staff from the obstetrics and gynecology nursing departments of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital, and Taksin Hospital. Assistant Professor Dr. Pornnapa Tangsuksan, Head of the Department of Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing, presided over the meeting. The objective was to exchange opinions and collaborate on teaching methods to ensure students achieve the desired learning outcomes. From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, a workshop on "Constructive Feedback: Providing Reflective Feedback" was held to develop teaching methods. Assistant Professor Dr. Chayut Wonglertwisawakorn from the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University, served as the keynote speaker. The workshop aimed to equip participants with knowledge on providing feedback, which can be applied to both teaching and daily life.
