Aligned with the Faculty’s 2025–2028 strategic plan, the program contributes to transforming health systems and public well-being by developing nursing leaders and networks in healthcare innovation. The training program supports continuous education for multidisciplinary professionals, including doctors, registered nurses, medical technologists, pharmacists, and postdoctoral researchers. It equips participants to provide basic genetic counseling for patients, families, and at-risk groups such as pregnant women and couples with potential genetic risks. This initiative promotes the integration of genetic testing, genome technology, and precision medicine into healthcare systems, enhancing patient care and public health services in Thailand.
