Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, Engages in Academic and Research Collaboration with Leading Universities in Australia


Associate Professor Dr. Ameporn Ratinthorn, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, along with the executive team—Associate Professor Dr. Aurawamon Sriyuktasuth, Associate Dean for Graduate Studies; Assistant Professor Dr. Thitipong Tankumpuan, Associate Dean for Research; and Assistant Professor Dr. Supapak Phetrasuwan, Associate Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communications—visited Australia from March 24-28, 2025, to foster academic and research collaborations with leading universities.

  • March 24, 2025 Meetings with School of Nursing and Midwifery, La Trobe University and Nursing Department, School of Health Sciences, The University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Victoria.
  • March 25, 2025 Meetings with School of Nursing and Midwifery, Griffith University and School of Nursing, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Queensland.
  • March 26, 2025 Meeting with School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Southern Queensland in Ipswich, Queensland.
  • March 27, 2025 Meetings with School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Sydney in Sydney, New South Wales.
  • March 28, 2025 Meeting with Dr. Patricia Davidson, Vice Chancellor‘s Fellow, and representatives from the School of Population Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of New South Wales (UNSW), in Sydney, New South Wales.

These discussions aimed to enhance academic and research collaborations, including student and faculty exchange, to elevate the quality of education and research at the Faculty of Nursing to meet global standards.
