The Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University organized the activity entitled “Inspiration: Empowering NS MAHIDOL for Sustainable and Happy Organizational Development” from 14 to 15 June 2025 at the Grand Palazzo Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The objective of this event was to inspire and instill the organizational values of NS MAHIDOL among personnel at all levels, while also strengthening bonds, fostering organizational engagement, and cultivating a positive and happy workplace culture.

The organizational values “NS MAHIDOL” stand for:

N = Noble
S = Synergy
M = Moral
A = Accountability
H = Human respect
I = Innovation
D = Direct toward excellence
O = Onward improvement
L = Leadership

These values have been systematically embedded within the Faculty's culture and passed down through generations to ensure they become deeply rooted in the lives and work of all personnel. When members of an organization share common values, it creates a stable and empowered foundation for driving sustainable happiness and long-term development.

This year’s event began with a heartfelt and motivational “Inspiration Talk” delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Amporn Ratinthorn, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, who shared her vision, encouraged collective thinking, and invited all personnel to envision a shared and meaningful future together.

Throughout the event, a wide range of engaging activities were held, allowing academic staff, administrative personnel, and supporting staff to participate in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, generate innovative approaches, and align the NS MAHIDOL values with happiness in the workplace. The initiative concluded with a collaborative exchange of ideas aimed at building a sustainably happy organization. 

"NS MAHIDOL" is not merely a concept — it is the identity of each and every one of us.
