On 21–22 June 2025, the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Singburi Provincial Public Health Office and partner networks, organized the 1st Novice Well-being Promotion Project at Wat Kritsanavelupattharam School (Wat Phai Dam), Thong En Subdistrict, In Buri District, Singburi Province.
The project included health check-ups, mental health screening and counseling, and basic life support training for emergency situations, targeting 104 secondary-level novices.
This initiative encouraged faculty members, support staff, and students from the Faculty of Nursing to jointly apply their knowledge in community academic service with a giving heart and experiential learning.
Instructors from the Departments of Public Health Nursing, Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, and Fundamental Nursing served as trainers, aligning with Mahidol University’s Real World Impact policy, which believes that “Knowledge from the classroom can truly change people’s lives.”
