On 25 June 2025, the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, convened the Annual Extraordinary Faculty Meeting 2025 at Room 217, Faculty of Nursing Building, Salaya campus. The meeting aimed to review the faculty council’s activities over the past year and provide a platform for open dialogue between faculty members and administration.

Assistant Professor Dr. Saranya Khositamongkol, Chairperson of the Faculty Council, presented a comprehensive report on the 2024 activities, emphasizing the council’s role in promoting welfare, transparency, and collaboration between faculty and administrators. The event featured a special lecture titled “Financial Literacy and Rights: Compensation and Benefits” by Dr. Thitikom Phuansawas, Vice Chair of Mahidol University Faculty Council, who provided in-depth insights into personnel benefits, financial planning, and key compensation matters relevant to faculty, raising awareness and benefiting attendees.

The session concluded with a Q&A forum led by the Dean and management team to listen to feedback and answer questions openly and collegially. This meeting highlighted the Faculty of Nursing’s dedication to fostering faculty well-being and creating a supportive work environment conducive to academic and professional growth.
