On September 5, 2025, the Human Resources and Administration Department, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, conducted a study visit at Siva Hotel, Bangkok, an organization recognized for its energy-saving initiatives and environmentally friendly practices. The hotel operates as a Sustainable Boutique Hotel, emphasizing sustainability and respect for nature in all activities. Its initiatives include Zero Waste management, a plastic-free environment, and rooftop edible gardens, all designed to benefit personnel and the Faculty while promoting long-term sustainability. This visit aligns with the Faculty’s Strategic Plan 3: Progressive and Sustainable Organization, aiming to develop systems and environments that enhance employee well-being and engagement, contributing to a forward-thinking and sustainable organizational culture.
