The Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, continues to enhance its organizational quality by implementing “Benchmarking Best Practices for Sustainable Organizational Development (TGA)” with the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University, which received the Thailand Quality Class Plus: Operations Award 2024. The benchmarking activity aimed to exchange approaches in driving quality management, performance measurement, and sustainable organizational development. It is expected that the knowledge gained from this visit will be further developed into a roadmap for the Faculty of Nursing’s future organizational advancement.
