Assistant Professor Dr. Thitipong Tankampuan Speaks at EAFONS 2026 in Singapore, Showcasing Thailand’s Nursing Research on the Global Stage


On February 28, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Thitipong Tankampuan, Associate Dean for Research, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, was invited to serve as a speaker at The 29th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars (EAFONS) 2026, held at the National University of Singapore, Republic of Singapore. During the forum, he participated in the symposium entitled “Innovative Nursing Strategies in Chronic Disease and Healthy Aging,” where he delivered a presentation titled “A Proactive, Data-Driven Nurse-Led Model for Multimorbidity Management in an Aging Population.” His presentation highlighted the development of proactive care models for older adults living with multiple chronic conditions, emphasizing the leadership role of nurses and the systematic use of evidence-based data to inform clinical decision-making. This topic addresses one of the most pressing challenges confronting health systems in aging societies worldwide. EAFONS is widely recognized as a leading international platform in nursing scholarship, bringing together distinguished academics and researchers to exchange cutting-edge research, innovations, and best practices.
